Operations teams absorb the complexity nobody else wants to touch. When a deadline slips or two systems disagree, they’re the ones who untangle it, usually across tools that were never built to talk to each other.
We build for the operator, because that gap is real, it shows up every day, and it’s worth closing.

A small tool that does its whole job beats a big one that does half of it. We build the specific tool for the specific problem and ship it fast.

You’re using one of our tools (or could be) and your operation runs further than what it covers. We extend the same foundation into your specific systems and workflows.
Something new, built from scratch
You have a real operational problem worth solving, and nothing off the shelf fits it. We build from scratch, around how your team actually works, on the same principles as everything else we ship.

How an engagement runs.
→ A first call
Twenty to thirty minutes. You don’t need a brief, just what’s slowing your team down.
→ Scope
One to two weeks. We dig into the problem, talk to operators, look at your data. Deliverable: a written problem definition and proposed solution with a fixed-fee estimate. Low cost, no commitment to continue.
→ Build
Four to twelve weeks, depending on scope. Fixed scope, fixed fee, regular checkpoints. You see working software at every checkpoint, not just at the end.
→ Handoff
Documentation, operator training, and a clear plan for what happens next. We don’t disappear at delivery. There’s a defined support window built into every engagement.

You know your industry better than any vendor. You set the priorities and define what a good outcome looks like. We turn that into software.
Feedback at every checkpoint
You review working software at each checkpoint, and your feedback steers the next decision.

Who we work with.
A good fit
You’re a head of operations, COO, or technical lead at a company where operational complexity is the actual advantage. You have a problem that’s specific enough to be unsolvable with a generic product, but contained enough to build for. You can point to the workflow on a whiteboard.
You don’t need the problem fully defined. If you know something takes too long, breaks too often, or depends on one person, that’s enough to start.
Our work so far spans supply chain and home energy, and we work with any team whose operations are complex.
Not a good fit
We don’t build generic chatbots, content marketing tools, or features bolted onto existing SaaS products. We don’t take on multi-year platform builds or open-ended discovery engagements. We don’t do staff augmentation.
